Cheepla is an online community, built to provide job opportunities for vibrant and experienced youths age 18-45. As youths SimSte believes that the level of unemployment in the society is actually leading many youths astray. Having identified most of the problems of unemployment in Nigeria, they discovered a solution which is, using the online space to foster a change in the lives of millions of youths.
Cheepla, serves as the mirror that reflects the true talent and skill of an individual, it further showcases the individuals potentials to audience around the globe, thereby providing an avenue for individuals to make profit as a result of services rendered by individuals. "We believe anyone can be successful not just with a degree or certificate. Though it's important, but with God, your talent, skill, hardwork and patience, you can be very successful and fulfilled in life".. In many years to come, Cheepla will continue to provide opportunities for many.

SIMSTE EMECHETA
CO-CEO & FOUNDERS
Simon and Stephen Emecheta are twin brothers, talented and multitasking businessmen who, like so many of us, juggles 50 things in a single day. They're youths with a burning desire to make an impact in the lives of many other youths across the globe. In April 2019, after shutting down their business as it was taking their time and not as profitable. After many failed attempts on succeeding, SimSte decided enough was enough.
Recognizing that youths all over the world are going through a lot, coupled with the fact that the level of unemployment is rising by the day, there was a need to provide a lasting solution to some of the problems facing unemployment. SimSte set out to better address common questions like “Why learn a skill, but make no profit with it? Why work jobs that pay little and take all your time? Why sit all day at the office, while your talent and skill dissipate? And why not do something that makes you fulfilled in life?”
As Type-A perfectionists, SimSte spent years testing and developing a platform that will help them host millions of youths in one space. Though it wasn't easy, but after so many tries, in 2023 the project "Cheepla" was completed.
SimSte incorporated Cheepla under their existing company Emlijeks Nig Ltd and launched on February 30, 2024. "Cheep" denotes the high sound of a bird, symbolizing that Cheepla is a platform that promotes and announce skilled and talented youths in various capacity to individuals, businesses and industries.
It's not enough to be skilled or talented in various fields, it's important you connect with people around the globe and turn your skill, talent and profession into a wealth bank.
